These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ShiftBell (“the App”), provided by BORABADA. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
ShiftBell offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase for Pro features. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
ShiftBell is a productivity and wellbeing tool for shift workers. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. Fatigue, mood, and sleep-related content is informational only. Do not rely on the App for any medical decision; consult a qualified professional.
We work hard to make alarms fire reliably, including through Silent mode and Focus where iOS allows. However, alarms depend on iOS, your device settings, battery, and other factors outside our control. Do not rely on the App as your sole means of waking for safety-critical obligations, and configure permissions, volume, and device settings appropriately.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of applicable laws.
The App, its design, and content are owned by BORABADA and protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BORABADA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for missed wake-ups, lost time, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
