When reporting a problem with an alarm, it helps to include:

your iPhone model and iOS version,
which wake method you use (Confirm, Quick Tap, Math, or Selfie),
the date and time the alarm should have rung.

My alarm didn’t ring. On iOS 26.2 and later ShiftBell uses AlarmKit, which can ring through Silent Mode and Focus. On earlier iOS versions the alarm is delivered as a time-sensitive notification instead — please keep notifications allowed for ShiftBell and avoid Do Not Disturb during your wake window.

Why is there no alarm on some workdays? ShiftBell only rings on days your schedule marks as working. Check the Calendar tab: days off, holidays (if you enabled “I’m off on holidays”), and manually painted rest days stay silent by design.

Which features need Apple Intelligence? “Describe it” rotation drafting and the weekly reflection run on-device with Apple Intelligence, which requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later on iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence enabled. Everything else works on every supported iPhone (iOS 17+).

How do I restore my purchase? Settings → ShiftBell Pro → Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
