How do I make a page?
On the Desk, tap today’s card to start a page for that day. Open the sticker drawer to place stickers, papers and tape, then drag, pinch and rotate to arrange them. Your page saves as you go.
Where do new kits come from?
New kits come out over time: they’re part of Vinette Club, and you can use one of their stickers for each short video you watch (up to 8 videos a day). Turn on Settings › Notifications › New kit alerts to hear when one comes out.
A kit is locked. How do I open it?
Join Vinette Club to open every kit, or watch a short video to use 1 sticker from any locked kit (up to 8 videos a day; new videos at midnight). Stickers you place stay on your page.
How do I restore my Club purchase?
In Settings, tap Restore purchases, just under Vinette Club. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I cancel Vinette Club?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Vinette. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Can I go back to an earlier version of a page?
Yes. Settings › Your pages › Page history lists your pages; pick one to see its earlier versions and restore the one you want.
I deleted a page by mistake.
Tap Undo right after deleting. Deleted pages and diaries are kept for 30 days before they are removed for good.
How do I back up my diary?
Vinette backs up your pages to your own iCloud Drive once a day (iCloud Drive › Vinette in the Files app) — it’s on unless you turn it off. In Settings › Your pages › iCloud backup you can turn Back up every day off, tap Back up now, or restore a backup, including one made on another iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account. To take a copy any time, use Settings › Your pages › Export all pages: it makes one file with every page and photo that you can save to Files or share.
Can I keep my diary private?
Turn on Settings › Privacy › App lock. Vinette then asks for Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode whenever you come back to it.
How do I turn off sounds, vibration or alignment guides?
Settings › Decorating › Alignment guides, Sound effects and Haptics.
